As far as I know, Jed has not answered the question. Nor has he attempted to clarify in any way his relationship (if any) with IH.
Good, it is none of our business. The acceptance or rejection of his comments here should rest on facts and logic. I still worry that IHFB is paid by, a friend of, or investor of Rossi but it does not truly matter.
-
-
No it is not our business, but to be credible you have to be honest. No amount of handling this otherwise will work. I respect Jed- if its NDA he can state that, or not comment at all regarding it. For what it is worth I would consider that (a non comment) honest also. There is nothing wrong asking this question. Even if it can not be answered.

Planet Rossi doesn't realize that Rossi's lawyers have all of my emails as part of discovery production and that the privilege order covers IP emails. Planet Rossi's attempts to assemble some type of footing and impeach others in all this mess are sad, silly yet are highly entertaining. How are they able to ignore the blatant deceptions by Rossi which Planet Earth can now see. And always remember - the dry powder in reserves for trial is staggering.
Regarding the hot seat - Rossi and his lawyers already had their chance and it did not go very well for them. It was a great pleasure looking Rossi in the eye on numerous occasions and calling him a defacto liar in my deposition. I hope this fiasco ends before trial but really do look forward to testifying at trial if called. Bring it!

@Dewey
Hey, don't underestimate Rossi. He is a tough guy.You know, he had to undergo a hernia surgery in July 2015.
However, when you take a look at his hand-written logbook (207 Exhibit 55, page 72) it appears that he recorded the temperature readings every day even during that periode of time. Incredible. -
Dewey,
can you tell something about the Plant, Test, results?
AIs the ERV report fake and excess heat was all the time zero?
The bad deeds of Rossi are not so relevant, if the process is working ...
You are living in an ad-hominem and hatred based alternative reality

@Dewey,
It sounds like you have some concern that your non-IP related emails might be used at trial. You might be right about winning the trial. I think the JMP situation will not look good before a jury, at all.
Now to the important matter: where was the flow meter located on the return pipe? Was it above or below the pipe inlet?
-
I find your comment about Rossi's health issue distasteful. Nevertheless, here is the expected state of a post-hernia patient for days 1-4:
Patients should not plan any significant personal or work related
activities during this time period. Only basic daily functions should be
performed: walking around the house, visiting the store, and eating at
home. Patients should expect to be off from work or school for this
time period and should expect to feel moderate pain, which often
requires oral prescribed pain pills (Percocet, Codeine).http://californiaherniaspecialists.com/hernia-recovery/
I can imagine that if Rossi could walk and eat, he would be at the Doral location.
-
Dewey,
can you tell something...
Peter, good to see you here again.
Since you are still somehow enarmored by Defkalion (aren't you?), you may want to take a look into Doc 214 Exhibit 22 page 4 - and read what NI has to say about them. -
Yes, Defkalion was to present "centre stage" at National Instrument Week but Ni pulled their invitation after they saw their measurement setup. (especially the flow measurements)
It is also worth noting that Rossi claimed ties to NI but in reality was only that he got some equipment from them.

Yes, I think Mr. Weaver is paid by IH. And I don't think Mr. Weaver would dispute that.
Believe what you want, but I can assure you that I've never received any kind of compensation, monetary or otherwise, from Rossi or any of his affiliates. Have never met Rossi or any on his team. [Edit: try to get Jed to make this same statement re: IH. Go ahead, try!]
My motivations are pure. I'm here because I've followed LENR since 1989 and take great interest in it. And I sense that something is amiss with IH. I don't excuse Rossi's mess ups either, and call those out when appropriate.
? There are many shades of grey here, well more than 50.
IFHB, you are so full of it. You do not all Rossi out, nor any of his of his cohorts. You keep saying you do, but you do not. You make post after post accusing IH without real facts, just your opinion, yet never one post committed to critizing Rossi.
Just like your above "50" statement. I challenge you to present 5 facts from the court documents that prove IH of illegal acts or lying. NOT YOUR impressions or opinion, but facts.
The difference with you is that you do not really care what Rossi does, it only matters to throw mud at IH.
Show me 5 facts of your 50 or any posts you made that is solely criticising Rossi.

IHFB,
Ask Rossi to provide the photos, schematic, the documents. What does HE have to hide.
This is another example showing your clear bias. Never do you ask the Rossi camp for any proof. Only IH! AND then accuse them of being "shady" when they do not answer.
Rossi filed the lawsuit, it is up to him to prove his case.
Testimony shows that Rossi scrapped the IH piping plan. Ask HIM what he changed it to. But no, you will never do that.
Again, I do not have an issue with someone being a devout believer, just don't tell me you are neutral!
-
Bob,
I believe that Mr. Weaver is paid by IH. I am no fan of Rossi -> that scoundrel needs to rot in Tax court as his E-cat is bullshite. This is not throwing mud, it's being honest. I also believe that IHFB is quite honest when he says he is not being paid by anyone but acts of his own free will. But I respect honesty. Does IH lie? That is a not real question to me. This is subjective. They (both sides) are curating the argument. They (IH per the redisposition estimate) are paying a team over $380/hr USD for this purpose.
Also he (IHFB) is doing a very good job showing another point of view. How would you like facts presented?
1. Dewey is in a relationship with IH that does not involve sex/drugs/rock'nroll but the exchange of spondulicks
2. IH at one time showed this technology to outside investors for reasons of said spondulicks.
3. Jed is clearly covered by an NDA at this point and is being honest about it.
4. Truth is not mud or fud. But like the old saying "honesty is the best policy".
5. Rossi has a chance at winning this, even if each and everyone of his scams are exposed for what they are.
-
IHFB - your inability to process and understand even the basics makes you self-made alright. We'll leave it at that.
Peter - there is no intelligible data from Doral in the evidence. What was admittedly destroyed by FF, Penon and Rossi
means that adverse interpretation is heading their way by a legal standard. From your point of view, the raw data behind the most important invention
in 100 years has been destroyed along wth realms of other evidence. Somehow you will still find faith in your boy Rossi but please understand you're looking
incredulous to the truth in the process. Your loss may not be irrevocable - you have to come to terms with this. March madness has turned to March sadness for the Planet Rossi remnant. Please start to deal with this, dig deep and find a way move on.
-
@Dewey,
You keep claiming that all the data was destroyed. But as I read the record, I see discussion of data everywhere.
For example:
215-03, page 147 (Murray)
"2· Q.· · What about the input power?· Is that logged
3·digitally?
4· A.· · That was logged to the power analyzer.· So --
5· Q.· · So that was logged?
6· A.· · Yeah.· It was not clear who logged it because
7·the data between Mr. Penon and Mr. Fabiani are virtually
8·identical.·"
215-03, page 244 (Again Murray)
"·3· Q.· · Are there --
·4· A.· · I did a comparison of the Florida Power and
·5·Light company data to the data provided by Mr. Fabiani
·6·and Mr. Penon." (emphasis added.)
215-03, pages 193-194 (Again Murray)
"8· Q.· · Do you feel Mr. Fabiani has hidden any
9·information from you?
10· A.· · Yes, I do.
11· Q.· · What information?
12· A.· · Well, he committed to providing us data that
13·he said he had encrypted and stored on a server in
14·Russia, and he committed to providing us with a final
15·report.· And so I feel that he was not being transparent
16·with us in providing us the information in a timely way.
17· Q.· · Has he provided those now?
18· A.· · I don't know.· I, I'm, really I'm not -- I
19·saw --
20· MR. LOMAX:· Objection to --
21· A.· · I'm not sure what they provided.
22· MR. LOMAX:· -- to the extent it gets in to
23·communications with counsel.
24· Q.· · You have never seen them?
25· A.· · I have seen -- I have not reviewed the
423
1·detailed data.· I have seen a couple of files. I
2·haven't reviewed them, but I have never seen a final
3·report by Mr. Fabiani."
Whoa, that was interesting exchange. Clearly something sensitive going on there.
Logged temperature and pressure discussion with Murray at 215-03, pages 146-148.
Looks like flow meter was logged manually. The data isn't destroyed because it appears in Penon's report. You might argue that it isn't correct, but it certainly wasn't "destroyed."
-
Dewey,
Sounds like you need some cheering up:
A. Mikhail
Interesting: IH figured the 1 MW plant test had failed because it started late, so they didn’t have to pay him (Rossi)** “But they never told him this”. And … Woodward’s $50 million only bought 5% of IH’s shares, when IH had only the IP of Andrea Rossi in its portfolio (eventually they bought toilet paper pretending it is IP from Rossi’s competitors, to be able to say to their investors that they still have an IP even if they have no more the IP of Rossi.
Andrea Rossi
A.Mikhail: The more you read the discovery documents, the more you understand why we are satisfied of our position in the litigation. Warm Regards,
A.R. -
215-03, page 170 (Murray again)
". . . The temperature sensors, I think
6·they were fine.· I believe they were K type
7·thermocouples, and they logged those to some type of a
8·device."
-
IHFB - don't stop believing. The data provided is fake junk. Since you have so much time on your hands - go find where Penon, Fabiani and Rossi could not even agree on how the "data" got to Penon. There is no toehold for Planet Rossi on this. You're done.
Shane D - very surprised that you would quote anything from JONP - I thought you were smarter than that.
