Not new but interesting in that they are marketing license rights on top of the assignment to JWK Inc.
They are lining up lol.
Thx Monty. That is the old SPAWAR/JKW patent. SPAWAR's LENR research was shut down in 2012 I think, and this 2007 patent application was eventually published in 2013. Being old is relative, and does not lessen it's importance of course. Especially so if this is a new offer to licence?
Two of the authors on the patent from SPAWAR and JWK/GEC, are now married, and teamed up with NASA Glenn Carbon, PineSci, and several Cleveland area institutions, for what appears to be LENR, or related, research. Greg Gobles was tracking all these leads, trying to put it all together before he decided to leave us. Maybe he will come back? Here is a little more about it:

Sweetheart deal?
would have bin nice of them to introduce the technology when they applied~
Even though the patent was filled, the Navy wasn't interested in pursuing these results at the time and actually shut the entire operation down after an accidental Thorium spill.
On the other coast, several of Kidwell's patents were filed, published and granted while he remained starved for research $$.
Its good to see the NavSea folks paying closer attention these days.

Including one about a fairly similar (IMO) technology to that which he spent a good effort on discrediting previously:
