I found this small article on the Chinese LENR forum "Cold Fusion World". The blogger contacted Professor Li Xing of university of Tsinghua. His answer is shortly, if I understand wall: "Domestic situation is still in a "spark" stage, countries are now looking for cold fusion, or, among others check the authenticity of the competition."
