Exactly what is the conspiracy theory you are hinting at? Rossi gave a worthless demo to hide his amazing tech from the US government and Google? You lost me with the weird non sequitur tangent about dog and pony shows.
That answer essentially makes his demo useless. I know AR's fans will then point to Levi's report. But AR should have done a demo where he insdisputedly demonstrated an over-unity device. He did not do that in any way.
To his credit, Rossi personally did not claim an overunity device this time.
He did bogus experiments and called on people to draw their own conclusions.
These people are the most gullible/wishful thinking people in existence, so of course their conclusions would be far beyond what is shown in the demos.
Rossi is at the point in the typical Nigerian scam approach of purposely targeting only the most gullible/uneducated/delusional/naïve/stupid, you take your pick.

Well actually if I think about it, the 10000 lumens claim requires overunity, as well as implicitly by claiming the voltage and resistor values.
But these are indirect. He never said the word "overunity" that I recall.

Many well distincted sounds, each of them being important to us. I cannot disclose further. Like a physician with the human body, multiple information is given by a stethoscope, not just one.
Depending on the position I put the stethoscope, I can compose a spectrum of information that T probes, P probes, Flowmeters cannot give. I learnt this about 10 years ago, when I was working in the oil refinery of ENI of Sannazzaro Dei Burgundi ( Italy) on a Diesel generator (GENSET). Their chief mechanic, a very experienced one, teached to me to use the stethoscope to listen all the internal sounds of the engine, associating a specific information to any sound. I discovered this way problems otherwise hidden; so I am doing now with Her.

Compare that picture with his current "offering". Electronics nicely mounted in boxes, beatiful paint job, wires neatly secured with ties. What happened? Now we get Amazon auto parts piled on top of one another with jumbled wires on a beat up dining table. And yet a few are sticking with him? Rossi is just mailing it in now.
Frank's comments on ECW confirm my decision not to dismiss the SKlep results. Might even add another unit.

Rossi pulled another bait and switch. Previously, an order commitment of 25 million dollars would have supposedly gotten product shipping. Now it requires a quarter billion! Sure. That is likely to happen without samples available for rigorous testing. Will the control boards ship as demonstrated, all piled on each other haphazardly with wires all over the place?
Does Rossi wear that wig playing tennis with his wife? I would think his racquet would get caught in it a lot. And does he wear it to bed?
The major partner must be pissed.
Also that poor lighting engineer that taught Rossi how to calculate lumens.

Alan, what is your take on this latest demo? In particular what do you think of Rossi's lux math vs. everyone else's? How does this demo compare to the QX demo you attended?
I am trying to look away. Yet my personality seems to require me to inquire and penetrate the unknown. An inconvenient trait sometimes. Thankfully, there is an upside. Still, here I will strive to invest my thinking in more immediately practical areas. Honestly, I will likely be back at puzzling this out sooner than later.
I refer here not to the 100W power supply. I refer to the hidden. The desire to deeply know the processes all around us, right under our noses, yet unseen, untouched, unheard.
Regardless of whether it works or not, I am dying to know what is inside that white box, the content of which weighs nearly zero grams, after subtracting out the weight of the plastic box etc. Or was it actually completely empty?
This is the kind of creativity we need.
A good comment on ECW which deserves to be read here also. We only see the measurement of 12V, no amps, and have to take the 1 Ohm resistor for granted. But all it takes is another resistor hidden somewhere.
I find this quote inexcusable:

He could not adjust the calculations using the resistance of the ammeter? At least verify the results with the ammeter roughly match those without? Ridiculous.

And does he not advertise this publicly? Is that not fraud?

Now that Rossi's claim of 10000 lumens in his advertisements has been proven bunk by his own and Levi's experimentation, perhaps it is time to pursue a civil lawsuit for false advertising.

I like Rossi's design. I like laying circuit boards on top of other circuit boards haphazardly. That is the best way to insure a common ground. And all those looped wires are great to create constructive induction.
One of the red cables coming from the E-Cat is also not connected to anything, hanging loosely in mid air.
That red wire is the ZPE input from the aether.
Now I'm afraid. He not only has an invisible yet big "team" of experts, scientists, engineers and professors, men and women, black and white, he also has his own intelligence. I'd call them the men with grey wigs. And they are at least as good as his IT department that creates his webpages. Be careful, folks!
