The SEC database do not clarify the mistery, all the contrary: the company was entirely sold for no apparent reasons (and a significant amount of money) to another company operating in a completely different and unrelated sector. Revenues increased in one year from 0-100k$ to more than 7M$, but with almost no profit (wow, lot of expenses...)

Yes, this is notorious... I remember his litigation with Cardone, among many others...

I had a direct communication with Dr. Santilli past year, through ResearchGate, asking him about how he was dealing with all the pandemic (he is of advanced age). He is very jovial and always willing to strike conversation. At some point I asked what had happened with his companies, and he told me basically that the rules from several regulating agencies had changed to a point that was impossible to keep their business model, so he had to sell everything and just kept a private owned company with the IP core, or something along these lines. One can tell he has been battered by his lifelong battle against the mainstream. I told more or less what we are doing at LENR in general and he wished me luck.
