Detailed treatment of Maxwell's errors


  • I avoided mentioning QCD for the reason that smashing particles together might just create emergent emissions of energy cascades which have no real practical relevance in the nature of our reality. Changing the medium and the observer for which these particle accelerators changes there outcome, so I'm not really sure we can say these quarks are fundamental or just a byproduct of colliding fields.

    I have no explanation of the new predicted mass radius as that is not my wheelhouse.
    Most of these theoretical frameworks are our best formalized predictions and shouldn't be taken as scientific fact in my opinion. So take that for whatever it is worth on this Forum ^^

    There is a significant error in 17. Can't you see it? The drawing makes clear that the cylindrical coordinate system applies for the magnetic field, but they present the data using some kind of screwed up Cartesian coordinate system. The plots should reach a maximum at the boundary of the wire and then drop to zero inside the wire at the center and then rise back to a maximum at the opposite side of the wire. The sense that the magnetic field drops to zero is lost. This could be the Poster Boy for why direction matters.

    It's strange for me to hear all this from the person who asked me on November 30, 2022 to explain the physics of the Hall sensor - The church of SM physics =53 - "So show us. You never actually show us anything new arising from your theory or views. I still want to know how you explain the 'Hall Effect', which has proven so important is studying semiconductor properties." You wrote this... I presented you with the opportunity to see exactly how the Hall sensor is used in experiments. What can you offer in return - a more modern and more efficient device? If you are not able to understand this video as "a kind of science", then why are you visiting this forum?

  • WEll, a wire carrying a current always deflects a compass needle when I try it. Maybe you have a different kind of electricity in Russia? :)

    Or maybe there are two flavors of magnetic field, one (current in a wire) that obeys the Biot - Savart Equation and satisfies the principle of superposition, and the other (from magnets) that doesn't. Different sources and somewhat different behavior, but still the ability to interact.


    As usual if one points out a problem to Cherepnov he deflects it. When he came up with the 20 year time line the Hall Effect became a dead issue. You would think these great Russian researchers would know how to present their data properly. Pretty pictures doesn't do it.
