Do I read correctly that "Quark" needs two other "Quark"s power to sustain itself? Cop=0.333???

Or that "Quark" operate only 1/3 of time but when do cop >3 ??

I meant mass P is approximately equal to mass 1836( e-). (I'll give up about the mass of ~36(e-) to do the conversion (leaving ~1800 (e-).

If no input power is used in a Quark cluster, how can the COP be less than Zero. Please understand what the COP is.
