Anyone have IH's prospectus? Is there such a thing? In the US, IIRC, one can not sell shares to the public without one.
Do you realise that Guernsey is not part of the USA?

Oh yeah?? Then why do you think we have Guernsey cows, Mr. Smarty Pants know-it-all? Sheesh.
Then why do you think we have Guernsey cows,
'Cos they jumped over the moon to ge there. And properly speaking, they are Jersey cows.

Thanks Alan. Jerseys are well known breed in the UK, but I had never heard of Guernsey cows. I would have said the main difference was 'about 5 miles' - because the 2 islands are pretty close together. But, like Darwin's finches, they have diverged - or more likely been bred apart.
Both the Guernsey and Jersey breeds of dairy cattle originate from islands off the British mainland -- the Isle of Guernsey and the Isle of Jersey. The closely related breeds share some physical similarities. The Jersey is the second most-common dairy breed worldwide, after the Holstein. The American Livestock Breeds Conservancy includes the Guernsey on its "Watch" list, as a breed whose numbers are dwindling.
Medium to large-framed, Guernsey cows mature at about 1,400 pounds. The majority of them have horns, although polled Guernsey lines exist. The "golden" Guernsey ranges in color from pale fawn to reddish gold. Cows might be solid-colored or white-spotted. The gold extends to skin color.
The Jersey cow is smaller than the Guernsey, weighing between 800 and 1,200 pounds fully grown. The Jersey is among the smallest of all dairy breeds, with a small-to-medium frame. The Jersey breed is more refined than the Guernsey, markedly in the shoulders and head. While the "classic" Jersey cow sports a solid-coloured fawn coat, Jersey colours run the gamut of brown shades. The face and hips are a darker hue than the body color. Purebred Jerseys are born with horns that are often removed as calves.

Emphasis on AMERICAN. Got that? So, like I said, Guernsey must be part of the USA. If the residents (cows, in this case) are American, that makes it a U.S. territory, like Puerto Rico. That goes without saying, doesn't it? Like one of my favorite self-evident assertions: "Soup in bags will remind us of spring hose-cleaning." See:
If the suggestion is that IH is largely bull poop, I'll buy that.

One shudders to think of what he might do with it when it arrives... I don’t imagine he’s growing roses. The rumour is that he’s swelling up a big vegetable of some description, although that’s currently unconfirmed.
Unless he's very lucky Woodford will suffer the 'domino effect' now. Withdrawals are already way to high- but if one pension fund pulls out, other will follow.
It will likely compound his troubles with unlisted shares too... When clients pull money out, he needs to sell shares quickly in order to pay them. Much easier to find buyers at short notice for his market-traded stocks.
The Woodford troubles the past few days are related to his poor performance as a fund manager. This is separate from his earlier, and now resolved dispute about offshoring IH shares. All is good in LENR land...at least for the time being.
Neither is it likely that IH and Woodford will save their investments, much less the planet.
Neither is it likely that IH and Woodford will save their investments . . .
How would you know? Do you have inside information? Or did you just pull that out of . . . thin air?
Shane D. . the Forever Optimist: I doubt that Woodford's shareholders see much good in holding IH shares.
You’re such a fool... Do you realise IH is one of Woodford’s biggest winners? Up 357% since he invested.
It should be obvious (to anyone sane) that his investors are grateful, for that one pick, at least.
I sold my shares in his income fund when I heard his other one had bought IH.
