    To answer your objection about Ni62, Rossi's first objective was to produce reliable and relatively tunable KWs in order to get money and be able to continue his research, which P&F, MFMP, didn't succeed, Parkhomov and now Mizuno anymore.

    The only work worthy of interest currently came from Japanese powders and Matt Trevithick (Google) has well understood this, believe me.

    To be back to your objection about Ni62, if 25 grs of this are capable of producing 5000W then an ordinary nickel which contains only 5% of Ni62 should produce only 250W or 10W for 1gr of powder.

    You should know that the best Takahashi japanese powder produces only 0.25 W / gr so 40X less!

    The Ecat step 2 uses ordinary nickel but adds lithium-based spacers to find the XH through them.
