    Toward the end of 2021 TrialSite reported to the world that a nasal spray exhibited the ability to kill 99.9% of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Called the SaNOTize Nitric Oxide Nasal Spray (NONS), this investigational product was designed to kill COVID-19 in the upper airways, in effect inhibiting the virus from incubating and thereby making its way to the host’s lungs. Developed by Vancouver-based SaNOtize Research and Development Corp, the product was helped along by testing done at the Utah State University Antiviral Research Institute. By the summer of 2021 the investigational product was evidencing positive results in Phase 2 clinical trials. By the end of 2021 various nations in the Middle East were embracing the drug from Bahrain to Israel. Now one of India’s largest generic drug producers, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, embraced the nasal spray for distribution in the world’s second most populated nation. Just days ago, India’s regulatory, the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) granted market authorization to Glenmark Pharmaceuticals– so now the product is authorized as a medical device targeting COVID-19 in India, Israel, Bahrain, Indonesia and Thailand. TrialSite has asked the question why not in the United States? Why is there so little news in the mainstream media? Are major pharmaceutical companies monopolizing the mindshare for vaccines and expensive branded therapies?


    The Product

    The SaNOtize Nitric Oxide Nasal Spray (NONS) product is designed to kill the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the upper airways, preventing it from incubating and spreading to the lungs. Based on nitric oxide (NO), a natural nanomolecule produced by the human body and proven with anti-microbial properties, evidence of a direct effect on SARS-CoV-2 2. The pharmacology, toxicity and safety data for no use of the nitric oxide has been well-established for decades, reports the product’s sponsor. They report that the nitric oxide molecule released from the NONs product is identical to the one delivered in its gaseous form to treat persistent pulmonary hypertension, or Blue Baby Syndrome in newborn babies, reports the company.


    Positive Phase 3 Study Results

    TrialSite has chronicled the development of this nasal spray product developed by Vancouver-based SaNOtize. Just recently the company reported a Phase 3 trial achieve its primary endpoint while demonstrating a reduction in SARS-CoV-2 log viral load in COVID-19 patients by over 94% within 24 hours of treatment. Within 48 hours the viral load was wiped out by 99%.


    Moreover, a greater proportion of people in the high risk group, numbering 218, achieved a combination of clinical and virological cure, based on the WHO Progression Scale. They report a stunning medical time to virological cure at 4 days in the treatment group and eight days in the placebo group (p<0.05). Moreover, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals received manufacturing and marketing approval for the Nitric Oxide Nasal Spray (NONS) as part of an accelerated approval process.



    Accumulating Evidence Leads to Commercialization in India

    The case for NONS becomes more compelling. From the early testing at Utah State University Antiviral Research Institute to successful Phase 2 study results in the UK—where Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Berkshire and Surrey Pathology Services produced a reduction of SARS-CoV-2 of 95% in 24 hours and 99% in 72 hours back in March 2021—with results published in the Journal of Infection in August 2021—to increased use even in pharmacies in the Middle East to the most recent clinical results, India now has an approved nasal spray for COVID-19.


    Regulatory Approval in India against COVID-19

    With no mention in Western news, India’s regulatory has made a major move in the war on COVID-19. Mumbai-based Glenmark Pharmaceuticals was granted manufacturing and marketing approval from the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) for the Nitric Oxide nasal spray (NONS) as part of the accelerated approval process.


    Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and Canada-based SaNOtize Research teamed up to commercialize the spay in India. Now called FabiSpray® this is the first easy to administer nasal spray treatment to treat COVID-19 anywhere worldwide. Their commercialization partnership dates to August 2021.


    As part of this commercialization the approval is for the treatment of adult patients with COVID-19 who have a risk of progression of the disease, which includes either persons over the age of 45, non-vaccinated people and/or those with comorbidities.


    Now Glenmark Pharmaceuticals will distribute the product to the following countries as an COVID-19 treatment:


    Malaysia

    Hong Kong

    Singapore

    Taiwan

    Nepal

    Brunei

    Cambodia

    Laos

    Myanmar

    Sri Lanka

    Timor-Leste

    What about Current use?

    As TrialSite reported in November, 2021 the product was already in use in pharmacies as it’s received market authorization as a Class I Medical Device in the European Union. The product is approved in Israel, Thailand, Indonesia and Bahrain and sold under the brand name enovid™or VirX. ™


    SaNOtize Research

    A Vancouver, British Columbia based concern, SaNOtize Research & Development Corp. commercializes the multi-faceted antimicrobial properties of a liquid producing nitric oxide. The company developed the NORS™ product to treat and prevent upper respiratory and topical infections.


    Founded in 2017 by Gilly Regev, PhD and Chris Miller, PhD, BA, RT, the company has made significant progress on minimal cash reserves. According to Crunchbase they have raised just a couple million dollars. Funding has come from a $1.2 million U.S. Department of Defense grant for a Phase 1 clinical trial, $1 million for Crowdfund in Israel and another $400,000 grant.


    They currently employ between 10 and 20. Given the approvals and commercialization of NONS the company’s valuation is undoubtedly growing. Founders Regev and Miller are commendable for their results.

    I have some more inside information. Doctors here have been instructed to suppress vaccine problems and seam to be worried that it would make people avoid vaccines if anything bad came out. Also research projects here that was intended to study the side effects of vaccine has been stopped in the name of not scaring people. This is very strange as usually we are trusting our citizens and treat them as adults. Hmm maybe some hotshot told them that if you do not suppress this research, you will not get the vaccine? or is it political stupidity. I'm quite confused and disappointed about this.

This reluctance in acceptance is due to two main reasons: a) the experiments are not yet fully reproducible; b) there is no clear explanation on how two positive ions may get so close, at room temperature, so as to fusion. As regards the argument “a)”, we may affirm that experiments are beginning now to acquire a high degree of reproducibility, se for example the site (http://www.lenr-canr.org). It remains only the second argument and we will show how such a mechanism may exist and explain this “exotic” phenomenon. In order to do this, we start from several observations: a) from the literature [2], [3] it results that in Pd hydrogen exists in Pd as a positive ion; b) the ions are moving in a periodic electrostatic potential given by the periodic location of the host lattice ions, being a superposition between the potential made by the positively charged metal ions, potential screened by the free electrons of the metal. This last aspect suggests an analogy with the case of electrons in solids [4], [5]. Starting from this point and having in mind also the theory of the Kronig-Penney potential [6] that predicts formation of energy bands in case of periodic potentials, we may conclude that the hydrogen ions exists in such energy bands in the solid. Each type of isotopes has its own energy band structure. We must mention here that a model based on energy band structure for the hydrogen ions was proposed earlier by [7], [8], but this fact was unknown to us when elaborating our model five years ago. However, we follow another route as compared to [7], [8], route that allows us to explain the main aspects of the mechanism and why cold fusion may take place at room temperature. The energy bands may be separated by forbidden energy gaps or may superimpose, as in the case of metals. We refer from now on only to the energy band structure corresponding to hydrogen ions. Following the usual route in solid state physics, we describe the kinetics of the hydrogen ion by its energy E and its wave vector k. There is always a relation E = E(k) between these two parameters, relation that is called the dispersion relation. We may deduce from it another important parameter, the effective mass m*of the ion within the lattice:k22Em1*(1) In the general case, the effective mass is a tensor (we omitted this in the explicit form of eq.(1), but this is not important). The effective mass is applicable especially when considering the particle at one of the band edges, namely upper edge or lower edge. At the lower edge the effective mass is positive. At the upper edge the effective mass is negative [4], [5]. As it is known, an electrically charged particle with negative effective mass behaves in an electric field like a particle of positive effective mass but having an opposite charge [4]. In the case of hydrogen ions, this means that an ion that is excited at the top of an allowed energy band has a negative effective mass and it behaves, in an electric field, as a negative ion with a positive effective mass. This is a very important feature and is the key to our model. In figure 1 we present a sketch of an energy band (we do not show explicitly its structure obtained from the dispersion relation), the black circles representing the hydrogen ions. It must be taken into account that a particle may reach the upper part of an energy band only by excitation (thermal or of other nature) and it will stay only a certain interval of time in the respective state because of scattering on different quasi-particles (phonons, lattice ions, impurity ions, etc.). For the sake of simplicity, we consider throughout the work that hydrogen does not form any hydrides or, if it forms, the hydrogen 2 concentration in the material is so high that all the hydride-type bonds are saturated with hydrogen and the remaining hydrogen ions are moving relatively free within the "lattice" formed by the potential wells.The mechanism we propose is as follows: a hydrogen ion is excited to an upper energy state having negative effective mass. This excited ion will stay a time  in the excited state. During this period, the excited ion may interact electrostatically with another hydrogen ion that has a positive effective mass. The interaction is depicted in figure 2. The electrostatic repulsion takes place as normally, without the need to mitigate the Coulomb barrier, but the behaviour of the ion with negative effective mass is different from that of the usual, positive mass particle. The ion 2 will have an acceleration oriented in the opposite direction to the repulsion force, so that it will tend to move toward ion 1. If the accelerations satisfy the condition a2> a1, then the net effect is that the two ions are approaching each other. The mechanism is also applicable for the case when both ions have a negative effective mass, case in which their accelerations were directed toward their centre of mass. In fact, it is the case of two (quasi)particles moving in the central potential of electrostatic nature.There is the possibility of orbiting around the center of mass or to directly collide / coalesce. In the case of orbiting, a first temptation is to use the expression of Bohr radius but replacing the electron mass with that of the hydrogen ion. This approach indicates an orbiting radius of few tens of femtometers, small enough so that nuclear fusion takes place with a certain probability. It is mandatory to mention the fact that the two ions must be in different allowed energy bands so as they be able to get so close. If they would be in the same energy band, then the symmetry conditions will forbid them to form a closely orbit.

    About 1/1000 is left behind as a cripple/dead by the new RNA pseudo vaccines. But worst up to 10% will for 100% sure have a premature death due to this inadequate gene tech chemo therapy. You will have to find a drug that eliminates all the left over spike proteins that are dormant in your cells. A doctor friend did recommend bamboo extracts (Sold at sanat.tv). But this is not based on strict research.


    As Israel data now clearly shows. All RNA gene therapy treated will suffer from ADE with all future corona virus infections. The death rate of RNA victims (treated) is also higher than among untreated.


    This has been expected (by former Pfizer research chief...) long before the therapy has been allowed.

    I repeat it once more. Only Deuterium can fuse with Deuterium and finally form 4-He . Normal Hydrogen can only condense to H*-H*. All other proposal simply are physical nonsense made by dilettantes.


    The famous Hydrogen bomb in fact is a Lithium Deuterium bomb once in depth investigated by the Germans and the best kept war (WWII) secret. This research together with the German fission bomb prototype has been clandestine shipped to the USA. The first US fission bomb did more or less look the same as the German prototype.
