BTW Note that many hydrogen overunity experiments with water electrolysis use pulses and/or asymmetric AC current instead of vibrating electrodes. That is, the formation of gas proceeds in regime of tiny oscillating bubble formation of submicrometer size. Under such a situation the formation of bubbles is pronouncedly negentropic process because it requires overcoming high activation barrier due to strong surface tension forces inside of bubbles of small diameter. Once bubbles grow larger, the negentropic character of bubble formation ceases down fast and DC electrolysis thus proceeds classically.
The "problem" of excess energy in cavitation heating commercial products

Anyone know anything more about this Molecular Impact Energy? They have a working device, a contract to supply power, teamed up with a university (Florida Atlantic). COP18 using seawater. Sounds legitimate....
BTW, thanks for posting Ahlfors .

I spent a good while trying to find the status of the patent and finally was able to see that at least for the PCT application, the patent was granted in by the EPO in march of 2020, so we should be hearing more of this company. The application was filled in 2016 so it took a while.
It was also granted in Australia on april 2020. Was also granted in China and Singapore around the same time.

The reports of excess energy that are available come from 2014, and involved testing by a Florida University. The two tests measured around 4,14 to 4,95X thermal output vs energy input. This is on the ballpark of some of the reports shown by bjhuang in his ICCF22 presentation.
So, we have yet one more cavitation energy system that apparently is well supported, but as usual, starved of money for development and seeking investors. However this group has secured patents, which is not a minor achievement.

Just found a new paper that is not about cavitation per se, but about observed elemental changes (transmutation) in aqueous systems submitted to high pressures. As the researchers come from a completely different background and as they are researching this in the context of contaminated water remediation, I think is a very interesting paper to read and discuss.
How Element Changes Proceed with Nuclear Transmutation by Pairs of Electron and Proton in Hydrogen Atom of Water
Sunao Sugihara, Hiroshi Maiwa
We have experienced reduced radioactivity in contaminated soils in Fukushima since 2011 using specially processed water. The results indicated a drastic decrease in radioactivity by changing the radioactive cesium to stable barium without applying substantial energy. We repeated our experiments using water decontamination on Fukushima farms. On the base decontamination evidences, our research presents new insights into applying high pressure (> 100 MPa) to seawater at various locations in the Pacific Ocean. We found element changes by chemical analyses of elements in the seawater to compare them before and after the high-pressure process. Water may form a presumed particle after the dissociation of hydrogen bonds by 147 MPa. Then, we discuss the theoretical viewpoints that element changes occur with the weak energy due to pair of electron and proton in hydrogen atom of water. This work involves the behavior of a proton and an electron pair, and we focus on their nuclear spins. We develop the conversion of sodium to magnesium, cesium, and barium with the presumed particles.

Seems to be science fiction... Elemental Sea water composition is totally wrong...

Elemental Sea water composition is totally wrong...
I agree - too much Mg.

This was by Sunao Sugihara in 2018, about squeezing tap water:

We are being invited to review and see if with our aid the preprint for Bing Juine Huang’s ICCF 25 presentation can be improved, or if it’s already the best it can be.
