What Rossi is testing by now is not so conceptually different from experiments of Me356, UnifiedGravity and others. We just have a situation - someone is doing at least some LENR research and lazy ignorant crowds still say, he has nothing. But who actually does similar things? It just resembles me this example: DIY Cold Fusion Experimenter Claims COP 11 with a NaOH Electrolysis System - largely ignored, then dismissed by ignorant public as a childish experiment. But how it differs from well controlled Bazhutov research? This situation is not so different from ignorance of Fleischman-Pons experiments: the doubting of experiments just serves as a moral justification and evasion for doing nothing, their replication the less.

Only experimentation will move us forward with LENR research, nothing else.

They could not, except in the technical sense that he seems habitually to lie or misrepresent (he has done both) to partners to get what he wants and that is sort of the definition of fraud.

But - and this is where Matt mistakes - if his stuff does not work he might be a genuinely convinced fantasist convinced that it does. That option is one many people, including Mats, ruled out and therefore take evidence of his genuine conviction as evidence that his stuff works.

That is only one view, others point out that a good liar can seem genuinely convinced about something that in fact they know is false. I however (mildly) reckon it more likely rossi is a fantasist who is also unscrupulous and prepared to say whatever is needed to achieve his aims - which seem to be accumulating condos in Florida rather than helping children with cancer or commercialising a world-beating technology.

Evidence of him being a fantasist is his total scattiness over anything technical. His demos, and re-explanations of errors, are completely inconsistent. He continues to lie about basic measurement technique.

I have many criticisms of Rossi. However, if he has an illness that results in his hair falling out, then this is unfortunate. Many people would wear a wig in this situation, and I don't think that has anything to do with his work, or his character.

i worked far in the past on nuclear power plants . i even got inside steam generators that are part of reactor's primary circuit.

At 51 years old i still have all my dark hair. In few words unfortunately for him, Rossi has maybe a serious illness, therefore to attribute it to Lenr , this is pure unfounded speculation, i suggest. it is well known that probability to catch shit's deseases increases with years you spent.

I think he does have something. Nobody is that evil.
