An observer is never an actor only an hidden observer.
How amazingly perceptive. What else could it possibly mean? Have you considered a career in psychotherapy?

I figured out the next Rossi iteration of the E-cat,
The E-Cat BTC.
It will have a single USB port for use with a memory stick.
The BTC will convert the Skled electron clusters directly into bitcoins, with sophisticated AI mining algorithms run on auto parts.
This device runs on a new type of energy discovered by Rossi, ZDE (Zero-dollar energy).
However, the memory stick must already have a "seed" collection of bitcoins to get the AI trained and running.
New mined bitcoins will be saved to the memory stick as soon as they are mined, but this will take some time.
Rossi will offer a free exchange guarantee if no coins are mined after a 10 year period following delivery.
By the same token as Sagan’s aphorism has been much maligned, common claims do not require common sense. Ordinary sense will do.
That one is pretty good, but I doubt the functionality of the relay in the real thing, and Rossi had a switch near the oil bin.
Yes, indeed a little too complicated for Rossi, although he might consider it to be a valid AI system ))

It may be that the mystery switch is the open. I Iike the idea that a solar panel was intended to make a voltage of 12 for the appearance of ssm but something wasn’t activated properly and the light that feeds the solar panel went out. Levi claimed a small voltage drop from a possible solar panel was measured when the sklep was off. Hard to imagine a tiny solar panel reporting anything if actually connected to the 1 ohm which might as well be a direct short across a such a tiny solar panel.

Yes, the solar panel real load was a high resistance value.

Dr Rossi,
I also had a question about the SKLep as shown on http://www.ecat com.
The label for the Ecat almostly completely covers a large circular recess on the front of the device. Is the purpose of that recessed area confidential?
Warm regards,
Greg

There is no recess,

Rossi is “out to recess”, permanently
Yeah! The common puppet blank space before the question mark…
Why do people put a space before question mark?
Some writers put a space between the end of their sentence and the question mark. This is thought to come from a French practice and is called French spacing. In French a space is always put before question marks, exclamation marks, colons, and semicolons.

This configuration presents a 1 ohm resistance across the fluke test meter when the power is switched off.
The demo was a hot-mess of tangled wires, from which nothing at all can be concluded.
Levi reports that he measured the resistance of the resistor directly and through its connecting wires. I very much doubt that even he would measure it while connected.
I can't see how a fake can be injected into the wires. An open circuit could be, for the voltage test. But the resistance test?
Unfortunately Levi's photo just shows a hidden jumble of wires, so we have no way of confirming whether he could have been tricked.
Frank recently posted some more photos of the demo, but no less jumbled.

If you disagree with this decision, please speak up, and state your reasoning before the deadline.
LENR-Forum has the best single collection of Rossi-related stuff (supplemented by Abd's index to the court case).
If a Rossi thread could be limited to a discussion of technical (and possibly manufacturing) aspects I think it could still be valuable.
My "How to test an SKled thread" showed that it can be done. (Partly as a result of that thread "we" knew exactly what was wrong with his 100,000 Lumen claim.)
It seems to me that the Bologna contract is ongoing. Maybe Levi will improve his report. Frank said he saw a certification document for the SKled (but not the Rossi-Sez performance.)
Space-Question-Mark sock puppets? (Standard French and Italian -- see separate post.) 100Wh/h ? (Standard European engineering convention). Doesn't bother me if Rossi sets up a Platonic debate rather than a direct announcement.
On the marketing front ... how are those $100 deposits going for the Tesla Cybertruck? I will watch with amusement if Rossi's maybe-inflated order numbers approach the million mark. Will he cut it off at at 999,000 and say "too bad"?
Unfortunately, most Rossi threads have degraded into a tedious recitation of unimaginative Rossi put-downs.
But I vote for a continued technical discussion.

I see a hand under the table out of the frame. I see no switch.
In any case the demo didn't show the resistance being measured.
As I've said repeatedly, holy hot mess of cables, most drooping under the table.
My question is : what did Levi see?

He saw only what the magician wanted to show him.

From the photos, Levi saw the same thing for the SKlep gen II
The switch is right there next to the measurement equipment and wires coming from the oil tub.
How many wires could be jumbled there?
