The Exotic Vacuum Object (EVO) as the cause of the vacuum reaction.

A Comment about Egely's remark about lack of radiation from the ENG8 system.

The ENG* systems are all based on the EVO. The lack of radiation and energy production from transmutation is caused the sequestration of these energy types inside the EVO by a domain wall, an important component of the EVO. It is the skin that keeps the EVO vacuum state confined.

A domain wall is a sheet-like topological defect that separates space into two distinguishable vacuum states. Domain walls can separate regions of space with different vacuum energy densities.

Domain walls were created in the early Universe when a discrete electroweak symmetry

is spontaneously broken. This occurred when the Higgs field came into existence and the electroweak force separated into the electromagnetic force and the weak force.

Inside the EVO, the electroweak force still exists, this is why there is no radioactive isotopes produced by transmutation that goes on inside the EVO. There is only a small amount of transmuted matter that leaks out of the EVO; it usually appears as a micro-ball.

Another comment from Egely regarding the nature of the catalyst that actions catalyzed fusion.

Egely states that the surface of the reaction area must be configured to generate the catalytic effect to cause electrons to clump together.

What really happens is that the surface of the metal contains cracks an bumps that form optical cavities which enable electrons and photons to become trapped together for enough time so that they become entangled. They then form a quasiparticle called a exciton-polariton. When the number of these particles grows large, they condense into a Bose Einstein condensate. (BEC). This is what an EVO is. It is the EVO that produces over unity energy when the EVO explodes and releases boson to fermion quantum conversion energy. This type of energy release has nothing to do with fusion.

When the polariton reverts back to its electron state, the electrons gain a huge amount of energy from the coulomb force that push's all the electrons away from each other.

Egely incorrectly persists in attributing the catalytic effects produced by the rough surface to generates a fusion reaction.

Rossi must has borrowed my theory of the reaction. I am glad to help. Actually, Dr. Kim was first to identify BEC as the active agent in the LENR reaction. He called it the optical reaction because photons are a major player in BEC formation.

Exciton-polaritons are composite bosons that can have a spin projection of +1 or −1 on the structure axis. This makes them a two-component (or spinor) Bose condensate. This spinor property comes from the electron. This property enables the EVO to produce a north/south magnetic field that is realized via its magnetic vortex flux tubes.

Exciton-polaritons are a type of polariton, which are hybrid light and matter quasiparticles.

They are formed by the strong coupling of excitons in a semiconductor quantum well with photons in the microcavity in which they are embedded.

A two-component Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) is a state of matter that consists of both dipolar bosonic

moments aligned vertically to the condensate and one without dipole moments. The two parameters in driven two-component condensates allow the independent control of the two-body and three-body coupling constants.

A spinor BEC is a BEC with spin

internal degrees of freedom. Spinor BECs are quantum gases where the hyperfine spin F is a free variable. They offer a rich arena for the exploration of many-body physics since both the spin and spatial degrees of freedom play a role in the description of a quantum state.

Because the EVO can have a aggregation number of spin based bosonic particles of about 10^23, the magnetic field that can originate within an EVO is beyond huge. The magnetic flux tubes are truly powerful, far above what electrons could generate.

The most intriguing and mystifying experimental result that we have seen in EVO research is the presentation of transmitted material in the form of a crenulated hollow micron sized ball. This ball seems to be a layered composite of iron and carbon. But the SAFIRE system produces this micro ball made from rare earth elements. The point of interest is what process could be generating this ball. Clearly, this ball cannot originate from a fusion based mechanism. The hollow nature of this ball is a head scratcher. But I have come up with a speculation of how such a weird and unexpected structure can form .

I believe that the origin of this ball is centered on the mechanics of the domain wall that enclosed the interior of the EVO. There is a substantial amount of theoretical work aimed at characterizing the nature and effect of this domain wall mostly in the cosmological and early universe setting. There are efforts underway to detect these domain walls and like topological structures through astrophysical observations.

The domain wall is a spherical enclosure that oftentimes has a singularity at its center. The type of domain wall related to the EVO is Vacuum domain wall.

How the crenulated hollow ball forms as follows:

The EVO expels most of the matter that it transmutes while it is active but there is a small residual amount that accumulates around the singularity at the center of the domain wall within its event horizon. When the EVO terminates, this residual ball returns to it natural form in our spacetime in the form of a hollow crenulated ball, the interior of which is devoid of matter being at the heart of the singularity.

The event horizon is a zone inside the EVO where time has stopped thus preserving the matter in stasis that it contains.

MFMP has done a preliminary examination of the Thor project concentric spheres. The impark witness marks of EVO impacts where found that showed up on the outside surface of the inner sphere and the inside surface of the outer sphere. These marks show the polygonal shape of the EVO as predicted that would occur if the EVO was a supersolid. MFMP will conduct in the near future a more detailed SEM examination of these surfaces to determine if transmutation of elements are occurring.

Egely believes that this particle type is responsible for plasmid formation.

Egely states: "The existence of these toroidal charge clusters is not well known even in the small LENR community, as the concept of stable quasi-particle is alien to nearly all electrochemists."

A top priority for all who are interested in the LENR reaction must be to acquired as much background on quasi-particles (aka polaritons) as possible before they can understand how the LENR reaction functions.

In Part 2 of Egely's paper he states

The formation of these quasi-particles was discussed in Part

1, out of transient discharge plasma. They are overcharged

and emit charges in their “white mode” and are in nearly

chargeless state when in “dark mode” (terminology of Ken

Shoulders). The weird thing is that they can be stable up to

hours, even days, and they don’t recombine as standard

quantum mechanics demands. (Lutz Jaitner did groundbreaking

work on the stability of condensed plasmoids,

I disagree with Egely in that my understanding of a polariton is that the polariton is a photon (or other boson) that is "dressed" as an electron through quantum entanglement, but the polariton is not and electron.

The study of the polariton is well advanced. I think that one can get a Ph.D in polaritronics.

Polaritronics is a regime between photonics and sub-microwave electronics. In this regime, signals are carried by phonon-polaritons, a combination of electromagnetic and lattice vibrational waves, rather than currents or photons.

The EVO can penetrate metal and exist in it for an extended timeframe. This implies that the EVO does not consist of electrons organized in a plasma by magnetic fields for if it did the metal would disrupt that magnetic based organization.

At some point the EVO will explode which would produce transmutation.

The transmutation vial experiment that Ken Shoulders performed shows that the EVO alone produces transmutation. There is no lattice compression of hydrogen involved. The EVO does not involve any interactions with hydrogen. Therefore, there cannot be any connection with fusion involved with transmutation as an interaction of EVOs with matter.

In the last picture in the serious, a fragment of a microball is shown that indicate such a ball is hollow and thin walled.

The elemental analysis shown here indicate that the transmutation process is a homogenous process with a varied mixing of the transmuted elements as if these elements were in a liquid state when the microball formed in a fast freezing manner.
