Norway investigating death of two people who received Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine
https://www.wionews.com/world/…oronavirus-vaccine-354716
Norway is investigating the death of two nursing home residents who died after receiving doses of the Pfizer and BioNTech coronavirus vaccine.
It comes after a paediatric surgery assistant in Porto was found dead two days after receiving jabs of Pfizer's vaccine.
Here's how mutations could help the coronavirus evade vaccines
https://news.google.com/articl…=en-US&gl=US&ceid=US%3Aen
A variant first identified in South Africa is a little more worrying, however. It has mutations in one particular place on the spike protein, called E484 by viral geneticists, that affect whether the immune system can neutralize the virus.
Several studies found mutations there can reduce the neutralization activity by as much as 10-fold.
And an earlier study that looks at this possible pathway for this protein
Antibody cocktail to SARS-CoV-2 spike protein prevents
rapid mutational escape seen with individual antibodies
In addition to the above cocktail, we also evaluated es-
cape following treatment with additional combinations
(REGN10989+REGN10934 and REGN10989+REGN10987),
this time consisting of antibodies that completely or partial-
ly compete for binding to the RBD – i.e., two antibodies that
bind to overlapping regions of the RBD. Under selective
pressure of these combination treatments, there was rapid
generation of escape mutants resistant to one combination,
but not the other (Table 2, Fig. 1, B and C, and Fig. 2). For
an antibody cocktail in which the components demonstrate
complete competition (REGN10989+REGN10934), a single
amino acid substitution was sufficient to ablate neutraliza-
tion of the cocktail, demonstrating that both of these anti-
bodies require binding to the E484 residue in order to
neutralize SARS-CoV-2. Interestingly, such rapid escape did
not occur for a different antibody cocktail in which the
components exhibited only partial competition
(REGN10989+REGN10987) (3); REGN10987 can weakly bind
to RBD when REGN10989 is pre-bound. Thus even combi-
nation of antibodies that are not selected to simultaneously
bind may occasionally resist escape because their epitopes
only partially overlap, or because residues that would result
in escape are not easily tolerated by the virus, and therefore
not readily selected for.
WHO team blocked from entering China to study origins of coronavirus
Which tells me the politicians are back in control. When the epidemic began in late 2019, the politicians tried to cover it up, and they punished doctors and scientists who tried to deal with. By February, the politicians were so frightened, they let the medical establishment make decisions. The medical establishment cooperated with the WHO and other international groups. Now that the crisis has abated, the politicians want to shut down cooperation again.
That's what I have heard, anyway. Not sure where I read that . . .
But moderna vaccine is much better (after one shot)!
That is probably only because they have a four week gap vs 3 weeks. 33% more data. Confidence interval narrower.
I don't know if either have been following the 1-shot people, or if they drop out totally.
I saw a link to a tweet of a 'concerned virologist' pointing that a smaller dose / 1 dose could allow the virus to develop resistance.
I saw a link to a tweet of a 'concerned virologist' pointing that a smaller dose / 1 dose could allow the virus to develop resistance.
I serious concern is that also people that had CoV-19 could get a reinfection with the South Africa virus version. Worst case estimate (currently just speculation in my view) so far is that the Pfizer vaccine protection could go down to 10-20%...
But from the picture we see Pfitzer seems to believe this too...
Guess we will see Ivermectin soon! The vaccine game is (was) just a gamble with the live of Zillions! Ruthless in face of a >90% working treatment.

There seem to be a lot of counter-intuitive aspects of COVID19 that have researchers scratching their heads. Remdesivir, the anti-viral which received FDA fast track approval as the first drug for treating COVID19, was found to be useless for improving COVID19 fatality and the World Health Organization almost immediately issued a recommendation against its use. Intubation, the common intervention for respiratory failure, has shockingly low survival rates — 70% or more of patients that have received intubation die on average. This is highly counter-intuitive with current understanding, leading many doctors and researchers to speculate that the respiratory failure is actually a bio-energetic issue, oxygen is not transferring to the blood, almost like altitude sickness or high altitude pulmonary oedema. Its become clear that COVID19 is not really a pneumonia at all, but some type of complex blood disease causing systematic effects in most organs — somehow without ever leaving behind tell-tale viral RNA in the locations of damage like all other viruses.
The emergence of a new cytokine storm during the COVID‐19 pandemic: Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children
https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/search/advanced
There have been more than 50 million people infected by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2) worldwide up to November 9, 2020. An emerging hyperinflammatory syndrome in children appeared to be along with SARS‐CoV‐2 infection. The first study was reported in London by Riphagen et al. in May 2020.1 Of which, all the eight children shared clinical features of high fever more than 4 days, skin rash, conjunctivitis, shock, and ventricular dysfunction. This hyperinflammatory shock in children mimicked Kawasaki disease during the COVID‐19 pandemic. In the meantime, there was a similar outbreak of Kawasaki‐like disease in Italy. Time‐series analysis studies have revealed Kawasaki disease was related to adenovirus infection and influenza H1N1 outbreak. Also, Kawasaki‐like disease was related to COVID‐19 in Europe and North America nowadays. This alerted the world a new cytokine storm elicited by SARS‐CoV‐2 infection, with 70% to 80% of patients requiring intensive care. Although similar, the cytokine storm is not Kawasaki disease exactly.

This is already clear since more than 6 months! Cov-19 attaches to Hemoglobin and frees iron. See also Egypt study we linked at least 5 times. Excess iron destroys the lung tissue and leads to irreversible necrosis. Same in other organs. So it is absolutely mandatory to fight at two fronts:
- Early blocking virus in blood circulation: Doxycycline, Hesperidin (Bitter orange juice), Ivermectin, Heparin (Blood thinner too)
- Blocking replication: Iveremectin, Sutherlandia.
Dr Ian Sanne... changes in Covid in South Africa..

"The use of dexamethasone for ventilated and remdesivir for non-ventilated patients is likely to be cost-saving compared to standard care. Given the economic and health benefits of both drugs, efforts to ensure access to these medications is paramount.

This is how criminal/bribed individuals destroy the live of thousands of sick people. I hope that also the responsible at Gilead soon march behind crossed grid windows!
Remdesivir is dangerous crap. Anybody that describes it for CoV-19 has to get a trial for crime against humanity!

Miami medical examiners investigate death of doctor who got coronavirus vaccine
https://news.google.com/articl…=en-US&gl=US&ceid=US%3Aen
(CNN)The Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner is investigating the death of a doctor weeks after he received a Covid-19 vaccine, according to Darren Caprara, director of operations at the medical examiner's office.
Caprara said his office is working with the Florida Department of Health and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to investigate the death of Dr. Gregory Michael. His death has not definitively been linked to the vaccine, but that is among the possibilities being explored, Caprara added.

It seems your friend and I have been following the same route . My biggest complaint is lack of communication between the different science discipline. Had NASA,s prediction of a grand solar minimum in 2017 been taken seriously by medicine as these links have been established , we might of had a better outcome. Less solar radiation leads to vitamin deficenccy. As I posted earlier we are witness to what a virus can do when proper nutritionn is ignored and the medical community ignorance of proper vitamn levels and the fallout from ignoring it for over 40 years
U.S. Is Blind to Contagious New Virus Variant, Scientists Warn
https://news.google.com/articl…=en-US&gl=US&ceid=US%3Aen
With no robust system to identify genetic variations of the coronavirus, experts warn that the United States is woefully ill-equipped to track a dangerous new mutant, leaving health officials blind as they try to combat the grave threat.
The variant, which is now surging in Britain and burdening its hospitals with new cases, is rare for now in the United States. But it has the potential to explode in the next few weeks, putting new pressures on American hospitals, some of which are already near the breaking point.
Not surprising that the US has a healthcare system ranked 37th in the world. No research or better yet, not acting on research ; vitamin D
Arthritis drugs could help save lives of Covid patients, research finds
Results suggest tocilizumab and sarilumab could cut relative risk of death of those in intensive care by 24%
https://news.google.com/articl…=en-US&gl=US&ceid=US%3Aen
Two drugs used to treat rheumatoid arthritis could help to save the lives of one in 12 intensive care patients with severe Covid, researchers have found.
The NHS will begin using tocilizumab to treat coronavirus patients from Friday, health officials said after results from about 800 patients confirmed the drug brings benefits, potentially cutting the relative risk of death by 24%.
Another arthritis drug, sarilumab, appears to do the same, not only saving lives but cutting the length of time patients spent in intensive care.

An investigation has been launched by public health authorities in Mexico after a young doctor was left paralyzed minutes after taking the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine. Her family have asked for more research to be carried out.
Karla Cecilia Perez was left partially paralyzed in her arms and legs mere hours after receiving the Pfizer/BioNTech jab on December 30 and was immediately placed in the intensive care unit of the hospital in Coahuila, in Nuevo Leon state. She also presented difficulties with speaking, according to media reports.
